Leslie & Hector – what a fun freakin’ couple! I have known Leslie for many moons now going back to high-school when her younger sister, Hazel, and I were good friends and Leslie was the “cooler” older sister. Well one thing I can say is Leslie has always been a sweetheart and hasn’t changed one bit. The only thing that has changed is she has found herself a true gentleman….a great guy. When Nicole and I first met with Leslie and Hector months ago the four of us really hit it off, which is awesome because when you can establish some level of a personal connection between “photographer” and “clients” I can guarantee you that it shows up in the photos.
Yep – it sure did 🙂 Anyone can easily tell from the photos how much we were having and that’s what makes engagement photos special – having fun and seeing their personalities shine thru in the photos.
We had an absolute ball strolling through the always crazy Balboa Park with these two, and once we had enough of the weekend park chaos we drove over to Old Town to get some peace and quiet and some amazing photos before the sun was going down. What a killer photo spot this was! I am still pumped on the spot and photos we got.
Leslie and Hector, can’t wait for the wedding and we hope you guys won big time at Pala that night 😉
Love this one Nicole grabbed of Leslie – so classic looking.
We don’t use sepia type edits too much but this photo pretty much demanded it…it just works too well!
